On the "Hosts" tab, uncheck the "Accept" box.
On the "Uploads" tab, uncheck the "Share Files" box.
Click the "Setup" menu, then choose "Sharing". 
On the "Sharing" tab, remove each folder from the list on the
left side by highlighting each one and clicking the "Remove" button.

Click the "Uploads" tab. Under "Performance", allow
up to 0 uploads at a time and limit the total bandwidth used by uploads
to 0 Kbps. Uncheck both of the settings under "Browser Integration".
Click the "OK" button.
